1. Services Provided
TriStar Visuals Photography offers professional photography services, including but not limited to senior portraits, sports portraits, and related photography packages.

2. Booking & Payment

• Session dates are reserved only after a signed agreement and payment of a retainer.
• Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
• The remaining balance is due according to your booking contract.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Weather-related rescheduling will be determined at our discretion.
• Cancellations are subject to the terms of your signed service agreement.

4. Use of Images

• TriStar Visuals Photography retains the copyright to all images created.
• Clients receive a personal license to use purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without written permission.

5. Model Release
By booking a session, you grant TriStar Visuals Photography permission to use your images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before your session.

6. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse this Site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• All text, images, and other content on this Site are owned by TriStar Visuals Photography and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide exceptional service, TriStar Visuals Photography is not responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control
• Technical failures, file corruption, or loss of images due to unforeseen circumstances
