- Session dates are reserved only after a signed agreement and payment of a retainer.
- Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
- The remaining balance is due according to your booking contract.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be determined at our discretion.
- Cancellations are subject to the terms of your signed service agreement.

- TriStar Visuals Photography retains the copyright to all images created.
- Clients receive a personal license to use purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
