Senior Portraits That Feel Like You, Not a GENERIC Photoshoot

You've spent the last few years becoming someone. Whether that's on the field, in the band room, on stage, or in the lab, you've put in the work. And now it's time to capture it.

At TriStar Visuals Photography, I work with seniors who want portraits that go beyond the typical senior photo. Bold, cinematic images that celebrate your personality, your passions, and the story behind who you are today.

let's get started

Sherry, senior Parent

Marshall’s photo experience was outstanding. My daughter had a wonderful time and the pictures were so beautiful. He makes you feel so comfortable and brings out the best in his subjects!

"I wasn’t going to let just anyone take my daughter’s senior photos."

For Every Type of Senior

I work with students from all backgrounds and interests:

  • Athletes finishing one last season
  • Creatives who thrive on stage or behind the easel
  • Scholars, makers, and future game-changers
  • Seniors who just want photos that feel like them

If posing makes you nervous, don't worry. I guide you through the entire session so it feels natural, relaxed, and even fun.

We'll shoot at locations that tell your story, whether that's the Oostanaula River, Berry College, downtown Rome, your favorite field or court, or a spot with the Georgia foothills as your backdrop. Your session is built around what matters to you.

Senior portrait sessions begin at $325. My collections start at $750. On average, my clients spend between $750 and $2,700 on their senior photo session and accompanying albums, wall art and other products.

FAQs

About Working With ROME Senior Portrait Photographer Marshall Stephens

MY CHILD DOESN'T LOVE TAKING PHOTOS. WILL THIS BE AWKWARD? +

Not at all. Every session is guided to feel natural, fun, and pressure-free. I specialize in helping students relax, be themselves, and showcase their unique story, whether they’re outgoing or more reserved. By the end, my seniors are amazed at how effortless it felt and how much they love their images.

DO WE REALLY NEED PROFESSIONAL SENIOR PHOTOS? CAN'T WE JUST USE OUR PHONE? +

Sure, you could. Phones are great for snapshots. However, I’ve found they can’t capture the depth, energy, and personality of a senior’s story like a professional photographer can. These photos are meant to pause a moment in time—the dedication, personality, and milestones behind who your child is now. They become heirlooms you’ll cherish forever.

WHAT IF MY CHILD ISN'T AN ATHLETE OR PERFORMER? +

You don’t have to be a “star” to have a story worth telling. Every student has a passion, a spark, or a place they’ve carved out for themselves. My sessions celebrate who your child is, not just what they do.

HOW DO WE CHOOSE OUTFITS AND LOCATIONS? +

This is where my tailored session planning comes in. I provide a personalized planning guide with outfit suggestions, location ideas, and styling tips that make your child feel confident, authentic, and ready to shine.

HOW SOON WILL WE GET THE PHOTOS? +

You’ll get your professionally edited images fast, delivered in a private online gallery ready for sharing, posting, or printing.

HOW WILL YOU CAPTURE MY CHILD'S PERSONALITY? +

Your Senior Portrait Experience isn’t just about taking photos. It’s about telling stories. Every session is planned to highlight the energy, passion, and individuality that makes your child who they are. From our consultation to the final images, every step is about making your child feel seen, celebrated, and confident in front of the camera.
