Some senior sessions just feel like instant sunshine — and Jayme’s shoot at McCoy Farm & Gardens on Signal Mountain was absolutely one of them.
Jayme Thompson, Dalton High School Class of 2025, is the kind of person you can’t help but love being around. She’s got this incredible mix of compassion, authenticity, and drama-free energy (seriously — if Jayme’s around, you know it’s good vibes only). Add in her natural beauty, her stunning green eyes, and a whole lot of laughter, and we had the perfect recipe for an unforgettable afternoon.
Jayme isn’t just sweet and grounded — she’s driven. Throughout high school, she dominated on the field and the court, playing varsity lacrosse and basketball, all while balancing her commitment to the cheer team. (Yes, you read that right — three varsity sports. Someone call ESPN.)
We kicked off the session wandering through McCoy’s gorgeous historic grounds, starting with Jayme in a sleek black dress that looked straight out of a magazine shoot. She nailed every look we went for — from effortlessly candid to quietly confident — and made it all seem easy. (Pro tip: It’s not that easy. Jayme just made it look that way.)
One of my favorite parts of the session? When Jayme’s two dogs joined the fun. They brought a little extra chaos, a lot of extra smiles, and honestly, they nearly stole the show. (But don’t worry — Jayme’s golden-hour glow still had center stage.)
Jayme described her personal style as casual, natural, and cute — and honestly, that couldn’t have been a more perfect vibe for her whole session. From her easygoing confidence in a simple white top and ripped jeans to the way she laughed her way through a field of flowers in a breezy green set, everything about her felt authentic. Nothing forced. Nothing fake. Just Jayme — exactly how she should be remembered during this huge milestone year.
After graduation, Jayme’s heading off to Mercer University, where she’ll be cheering on the sidelines and pursuing a nursing degree. (Told you she’s legit.) Between her athletic talent, her heart for helping people, and her down-to-earth spirit, it’s clear she’s going to make an incredible mark on the world.
Jayme, it was truly an honor to help capture this moment in your journey. You’re the real deal, and I can’t wait to see everything you accomplish next.
