Some seniors fit neatly into a single category. Noah isn’t one of them.
On paper, he’s a Dalton High School tennis player heading into his final season before graduation in 2026. But spend five minutes with him and you’ll discover there’s a lot more going on beneath that laid-back exterior. This is a straight-A honor student who writes his own music, a committed athlete who describes himself as funny and outgoing, and a young man whose answer to “what could you not live without” was simply: my family.
That kind of depth deserves senior photos that tell the whole story. So we split Noah’s session between two locations that capture both sides of who he is.

We started Noah’s session where he’s spent countless hours perfecting his game: the DHS tennis courts. If you’re looking for Dalton High School senior photos that actually mean something, there’s no better backdrop than the place where a student has put in the work.
Noah showed up in his Dalton tennis gear, that iconic red shirt with the white “D” instantly recognizable to anyone in the local tennis community. We began with some portraits, racket resting over his shoulder, eyes focused somewhere past the camera. This is the Noah his opponents see across the net. Confident. Composed. Ready.

Then we let him play. Action shots in senior photography are tricky. You need the right light, the right timing, and a subject who can actually perform their sport on command. Noah delivered. The serve sequence captured that perfect moment of athletic tension, ball suspended in mid-air against the trees, body coiled and ready to unleash.

We also grabbed some relaxed shots on the court itself. Noah leaning against the net, tennis balls scattered around him, that genuine smile coming through. He listed his smile as his favorite feature, and honestly, it’s easy to see why. There’s an authenticity to it that the camera loves.

As the sun dropped lower, we switched gears for some dramatic lit shots. The night photography on the tennis court gave us something completely different: Noah mid-backhand, stadium lights glowing behind him, the big red Dalton letters visible on the windscreen. These are the shots that stop you mid-scroll.

And of course, we had to capture the details. That letterman jacket sleeve tells its own story: Class of 2026, crossed tennis rackets, years of early morning practices and late match finishes stitched into chenille and leather.
After we wrapped at the tennis courts, we headed to Berry College in Rome, Georgia. If you’ve never been, Berry’s campus is one of the most photographically stunning locations in the Southeast. Gothic architecture, sprawling grounds, and tree-lined paths that look like they belong in a movie. For Noah’s session, we hit the jackpot with peak fall color. Brilliant oranges and deep reds created a backdrop that felt almost too perfect to be real.

This is where Noah’s other passion came into play. He brought his electric guitar, and suddenly we weren’t photographing a tennis player anymore. We were capturing a musician. There’s something cinematic about watching someone walk down a leaf-covered path, guitar in hand, looking toward whatever comes next. Noah has this easy, laid-back confidence that translated naturally on camera.

The stone steps near Berry’s Gothic buildings gave us that timeless, almost collegiate feel. Noah sat there with the arched architecture framing the shot behind him, and for a moment you could picture him on any prestigious campus in the country. Which, given that he’s hoping to attend UGA next fall, felt fitting. With his academic record, Athens seems well within reach.

We finished up with some shots that brought both worlds together: Noah in his Dalton letterman jacket, guitar in hand, relaxed on the grass with Berry’s historic buildings soft in the background. Tennis player. Musician. Honor student. Son. All of it captured in one frame.
When Noah filled out his pre-session questionnaire, three words stood out in his self-description: laid-back, outgoing, and funny. His friends know him as the guy who’s down for tennis, writing music, watching football, or hitting the golf course. His teachers know him as the straight-A student who probably surprises people when they find out about those grades.
That’s what senior photos should do. Not just show what someone looks like, but reveal who they actually are.
Noah’s heading to his senior year at Dalton High with a tennis season ahead of him and big plans after that. These photos will be here long after graduation, a reminder of exactly who he was at this moment: respectful, kind, committed, and ready for whatever comes next.
